No information on the StockScan website, nor any emails generated by the StockScan system is to be considered as financial advice. You are responsible for the rules and criteria you input into StockScan and are therefore responsible for the results that StockScan returns to you.

While StockScan makes every effort to ensure the 100% uptime of our service, we make no guarantee of its uptime. Similarly, while best efforts are made to ensure the correctness of mathematical formulas, algorithms and general web programming, we make no guarantee of its accuracy.

Membership Fees
Members upgrading their accounts to paying accounts, understand they are paying for access to a service and not paying for financial or investment advice.

Although StockScan is a website, there are real people running the site. We happily make ourselves available to you (via the contact us page) if you have a query or concerns about our service. Paying members are entitled to one hour phone support a month and both free and paying members are entitled to unlimited email support.
StockScan Right To Refuse Service
StockScan reserves the right to refuse service to anyone (paying or not) if StockScan believes beyond reasonable doubt that that person is using the StockScan for any other reason that originally intended to be used for.
